Visit our merchandise stall in the foyer on the north side of the O2 arena.
It is prohibited to bring in your own food and drinks, drugs, LASER POINTERS, glass, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic pet bottles, sharp objects, and other objects that could threaten visitors of the event. Clothing with or other visible signs of physical appearance expressing explicit political and social movements and groups are prohibited as well.

With a REGULAR TICKET, use the northern entrance of the O2 Arena, located on the 1st floor accessible from Ocelarska Street, Ceskomoravska metro station, and Sokolovska tram stop. This entrance to the O2 arena has 18 turnstiles and 2 gates for persons holding a ZTP/P card.
With a VIP TICKET, use northern entrance nr 1.
With a GOLDEN TICKET, use northern entrance nr 9.
By the North entrance located on the 1st Floor accessible from Ocelarska St., the Ceskomoravska underground station and Sokolovska tram stops. People with disabilities can buy a ticket and will have a free ticket (1 CZK) for their escort.
If you have prescribed medication or special food with you. Please ensure all prescribed medicines are labeled with your full name and details and in their original packaging.

The cloakrooms are located on 4th floor where you can get by the escalators in the north foyer. The cloakroom is available for 80 CZK / 150 CZK
It is not permitted to include (semi) professional photography and video equipment (with interchangeable lenses) on the festival grounds. Smartphones and small compact cameras with a built-in lens are allowed.
In addition, the Transmission media team will be present throughout the day to record every corner of Transmission. These images will be posted online after the event.

No, tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
It’s challenging to spot a fake ticket, and it’s easy to duplicate or print an E-ticket multiple times. However, the barcode on the ticket can only be scanned once at the O2 arena entrance. Therefore, we strongly recommend buying tickets directly from official sellers to ensure you have a valid ticket. Avoid purchasing tickets from the black market to prevent disappointment. If you buy tickets through unofficial channels, it’s your responsibility, and there’s no guarantee of entry or eligibility for compensation.
The VIP ticket provides access to O2 arena through entrance number 1 and grants entry to the special VIP terrace, offering the best show view (opposite the stage). This ticket allows access to the main floor and the tribunes but not the club or skybox floors in the O2 arena.

The Golden ticket provides access to O2 arena through entrance number 9 and grants access to the luxurious club floor on the 2nd floor of the O2 arena. It includes finger food, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages (except RedBull) free of charge. Additionally, free cloakroom service is available. With the Golden ticket, you’re allowed to visit the main floor and the tribunes but not the VIP terrace.
Ticket upgrades are not available.
