BITEC gates open at 3 PM and the festival ends at 12 AM

Yes, an selection of merchandise will be available for purchase on the event day.
It is prohibited to bring in your own food and drinks, vapes, drugs, laser pointers, glass, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic pet bottles, sharp objects, and other objects that could threaten visitors of the event. Clothing with visible signs expressing explicit political and social movements and groups are prohibited as well.

The event is hosted in hall 99 & 100. Entry to the event will be via hall 99.

We do not suggest bringing any medication to the venue. For necessary medication prescribed by doctors, please provide a doctor’s note and present the pills at the venue. These will be reviewed by our first aid team. Please note that entry is subject to the organizers’ discretion, and bringing the above items will not guarantee entry to the event.
We are not providing Clockroom facilities. However, there will be locker facilities run by the venue.
Yes, you can bring your mobile or compact digital photo/video camera with you. Professional photo/video cameras (with interchangeable lenses) are only allowed for people who have received a special photo pass accreditation.

Payments in BITEC will be via a cash card – cash cards can be topped up via cash (Thai Baht) or by credit card
Smoking is not allowed inside BITEC and only allowed outside within the designated smoking area. If attendees are caught smoking inside BITEC, security will warn the smoker and in cases of repeated smoking, the visitor will be escorted out of the venue by either the BITEC security or the Police, without the chance of ticket compensation. E-cigarettes are not allowed following Thailand’s laws.

Please refer to the ticketing website for prices. Tickets at different phases will be priced differently. We recommend purchasing your tickets early to get the lowest and best price.
No, the tickets are not refundable after purchase.
Do not buy tickets from other people!
Nowadays it’s difficult to see if a ticket is fake and it’s very easy to make a copy or print an e-ticket more times. However, the barcode on the ticket can be used only once at the BITEC entrance therefore we strongly advise you to buy tickets directly through the official ticket sellers to be 100% assured you own a valid ticket. Do not buy tickets on the black market to avoid disappointment. If you buy your ticket any other way than through the official channels, it’s your own responsibility and you have no guarantee that access will be allowed and no right to claim any compensation
There will be a Ticketmelon pre-registration process in the period prior to the event (more details announced closer to festival date). The E-Ticket does not need to match the name of the person registering their Transmission or Hardmission ticket. However, once the ticket is registered to a customer’s personal details – the customer entering on event day must match the details of the pre-registered person/s.
Any form of government issued identification will be accepted. For identification that are not in Thai or English, please bring your passport to ensure there are no issues during entry checks.
