LAST INFO AND TIMETABLE FOR TRANSMISSION PRAGUE 2024

The final preparations for Transmission ‘Elysium’ are in full swing. Here you’ll find all important information to ensure a smooth start for a perfect night.

EVENT SECURITY
The safety of our fans and visitors has always been our highest concern. There is a security check at the entrance to the arena with metal detectors and x-ray scanners. The venue is under supervision of the O2 arena’s security service. The Police of the Czech Republic is informed about the event and is present in full force to provide the required security for all events taking place at the O2 arena. Transmission has a zero-drug policy. If you get caught with drugs you will be handed over to the Czech police.

KICK-OFF EPIC WEEKEND IN PRAGUE WITH TECHMISSION ON FRIDAY 14. 6. 2024 AT O2 ARENA
The epic weekend starts already on Friday night with Techmission Festival headlined by Paul Kalkbrenner. The presale is still on, and you can get combo tickets for the best price here. We are looking forward to seeing you in the O2 arena!

OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES

The O2 arena gates open on Saturday 15^th June at 19:30. Transmission Festival ends at 05:30 on Sunday.

Come early to the O2 arena so you won’t miss any part of the show!

PARTY RESPONSIBLE
1. Take care of your mates and the people around you!
2. Seek First-Aid if you (or a friend) are feeling unwell. See the map for the medical service locations.
3. Stay hydrated and remember to eat.
4. Don’t push your limits, be responsible.
5. Pace yourself and take breaks from dancing.
6. Travel home safely and with a friend, use public transport

ENTRANCE

The main entrance for the Regular ticket holders is located on the North side (Sever). Tixbase VIP tickets holders have to access the O2 arena through Gate no. 1 on the North side. Golden ticket holders have to access the O2 arena through Gate no. 9 on the North side. See the map.

TICKETS
To avoid any disappointment, we advise you not to buy tickets from strangers. Be aware of the fake tickets. We do not take responsibility for tickets bought outside of our official ticketing network. We recommend you printing your e-tickets to enter the O2 arena, but it is not mandatory.

GOLDEN TICKETS HOLDERS
GOLDEN TICKET holders have to access the venue through Gate no. 9. A GOLDEN TICKET allows you to use the escalators to the club floor where a second identification wristband is provided. It is very important to keep your ticket with you all the time to use the escalators! See the map. With Golden ticket you may enter the main floor, club floor and tribunes.

TRANSMISSION TATTOO HOLDERS
If you are a registered tattoo holder, you can collect your ticket at the Gate no. 31. After you submit your ID card and the authenticity check of your tattoo, you are allowed to enter the O2 arena. Entrance no. 31 is open for this matter from 19:30 till 22:30. The O2 arena entry is allowed from 19:30. Tickets will be given to the tattoo holders registered before 3.3.2019 only.

PHOTOGRAPHERS AND PRESS ACREDITATION
Photographers and other media partners can pick up their accreditation cards at the Accreditation center at entrance no. 31. After you submit your ID card, you will receive the media wristband and then you may enter the O2 arena via Gate no. 31 which is open from 19:30. Press accreditations are no longer provided, and any other requests will not be accepted.

CLOAKROOM
Cloakroom will be available on the 4th floor of the O2 arena, accessible via the escalators in the North foyer. The cloakroom is available for 80 CZK / 150 CZK (for bag).

TIXBASE VIP & GOLDEN CLOAKROOM
Cloakroom for Tixbase VIP ticket holders and Golden ticket holders is provided for free. VIP cloakroom will be located in front of the VIP terrace entrance. Golden tickets holders have a cloakroom available at the club floor.

OVERSIZED LUGGAGE
If you carry something that is not accepted in the cloakroom or it’s a forbidden object (see ‘Not permitted’ below), you can store it in O2 arena depository located in front of the venue. It is open from 19:30 to 06:30.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found will be available all night at the InfoPoint in the North foyer. See the map. If you find something that does not belong to you, please bring it here.

PAYMENTS AT THE O2 ARENA
Transmission Festival is CASHLESS. Payments at the O2 arena are accepted by cashless devices (cards, phones, watches). No wristband cashless system.

TRANSMISSION MERCHANDISE
Transmission Merchandise stand is located behind the InfoPoint in the North foyer of the O2 arena. See the map. We prepared limited edition of merchandise for this occasion.

SOUND LEVEL
The sound level on the dance floor is between 102 and 105 db. To protect your hearing it is strongly advised to wear party-earplugs that can be bought at the Transmission Merchandise stand.

MINIMUM AGE
Minimum age to enter the Transmission Festival is 18 years. For more information regarding the visiting regulations, visit the O2 arena website.

TOILETS
There are plenty of toilets in the O2 arena, all available for free. VIP guests have access to the VIP toilets nearby the entrance to the VIP TERRACE.

PARKING
For parking use the car park, located next to the O2 arena. For more info see the website.

TAXIS
Taxis are available all night near the North (Main) entrance at Ocelářská street. Be aware of the prices. There are other mobile transport apps available in the Czech Republic (Uber, Bolt, Liftago).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The O2 arena is located at Českomoravská Street No. 2345/17, Prague 9. Next to the O2 arena is the metro station “Českomoravská” (yellow line B) from which you can enter the O2 arena via North entrance. The buses 151, 152, 375 stops at “Českomoravská” station. The nearest tram station is “Multiaréna Praha” (lines 8, 25 and night line 92). When coming from this side you can enter the South entrance of the O2 arena. Bus terminal and the railway station “Praha-Libeň” are situated just several minutes of walking distance away. PHOTOS & VIDEO
To capture all the special moments at Transmission, it is possible to bring your mobile phones / compact digital cameras / GoPro to the event. Professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses) and video cameras are only allowed for people who have received a special photo pass accreditation. Press accreditations are no longer provided, and any other requests will not be accepted.

SMOKING BAN
Smoking is FORBIDDEN inside the O2 arena. It is also prohibited to smoke electronic cigarettes. More info HERE. You are only allowed to smoke outside the venue in a reserved area. To smoke you can leave the O2 arena and come back through Gate no. 30.

NOT PERMITTED!
It is strictly prohibited to bring your own food and drinks, drugs (all sorts), laser pointers, selfie sticks, glass, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic PET bottles, sharp objects, and any other object that could threaten visitors’ safety in the O2 arena. Clothes or other visible signs of physical appearance, expressing the explicit political and social movements and groups are prohibited. Transmission festival does not require a specific dress code but we kindly ask you to keep your shirts on and not limit other people‘s comfort by walking around topless.

LIVE STREAM AND SOCIAL MEDIA
For those of you who did not manage to come to Prague, we have good news: Transmission – Elysium will stream live on www.TransmissionFestival.com. You can follow Transmission before, during and after the event on social media channels: Facebook – Twitter – Instagram – Youtube. Make sure to use the hashtag #TMPRG24.
