Transmission is an unparalleled electronic music event unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. The GELREDOME gates open at 13:00 hr. (01:00 PM) and the show ends at 23:00 hr. (11:00 PM).

If you ravel by public transport, first take the train to Arnhem Central Station. Buses to (Transferium) GelreDome depart from the city bus platform located here. Shuttle buses run between the central station and the Gelredome. Return tickets for the shutlle buses can be purchased at the shuttle buses for 5,50 euro.


Navigte to Batavierenweg 25 Arnhem, and upon arrival follow the yellow signs with parking. Parking Tickets are available HERE

You pay for your drinks at GelreDome with the GelreDome Wallet. This payment card is available at the vending machines and/or cash registers. If there is a catering square on the outside area, the Wallets are also available on the outside square. You can pay for the wallet including credit, both in cash and with a credit card or debit card.

You can register the Wallet via the special wallet website and make it personal. This way you can easily view your orders, top up your credit or have it transferred back to your account after the event. The minimum amount for which you can purchase the Wallet is € 5.00

To register the Wallet you must enter the validation code. This is on the back under the scratch layer.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase or order the GelreDome Wallet prior to an event.


Transmission is accessible from 18 years and older. Although we’d love to have each and every one of you, we can’t make any exceptions, not even if your birthday is the day after the festival. If in doubt, we will ask for a valid proof of identity.

If your 18th birthday happens to be on the day of the festival, you’re more than welcome to celebrate this special day with us.

Yes. You can pre-order or you can rent an E-locker at the entrance of Transmission. These are lockers with a code. So keep your code safe and beware of people watching you. You can use the locker with that code throughout the day. Size of a locker is: 30 cm wide, 40 cm deep and 24 cm high.

If you have also purchased a locker, it will be automatically linked to your entrance based on your entrance ticket. Take your Locker Ticket with you to the venue, can also be scanned from your phone. Have your Locker ticket scanned at the Lockerbox counter and receive your locker with the corresponding code.

People with disabilities can buy a regular ticket. Gelredome is indeed wheelchair accessible. Both step-free entrance and adapted toilets are taken care of. All of the entrances are barrier-free.

The Gelredome has 3 entrances, entrance Q, entrance E and VIP entrance. Which entrance you have is stated on your ticket.


o guarantee a comfortable experience for our fans, the maximum capacity of the Gelredome will be reduced compared to other events, so make sure you will buy one of the available tickets as quickly as you can.

You are required to be able to identify yourself. We randomly check for this at the entrance. Has your ID card been lost or expired? Then report it to your municipality for a Declaration of Loss. Together with a document proving it is you, you can then identify yourself.

Unfortunately, no cigarettes are available at Transmission. Smoking is also not allowed in the Gelredome!

Yes, these are available at the merchandise stand on Transmission.

Food & Beverages
It is not possible to bring food and drinks on the festival grounds. There is plenty of opportunity to eat and drink at Transmission. 

For safety reasons it is also NOT allowed to bring liquids on the festival grounds (so no deodorant, deodorant rollers, hair spray etc.) 

Drugs, weapons and other prohibited substances
It is prohibited to bring in, drugs, LASER POINTERS, glass, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic pet bottles, sharp objects, and other objects that could threaten visitors of the event. Clothing with or other visible signs of physical appearance expressing explicit political and social movements and groups are prohibited as well.

It is important to read the house rules before you enter the location. You will also find the house rules just before the entrance. Take a moment, we have kept it as short as possible.


The sound level is between 98db and 103 db. It’s strongly advised to wear earplugs.

It is not permitted to include (semi) professional photography and video equipment (with interchangeable lenses) on the festival grounds. Smartphones and small compact cameras with a built-in lens are allowed.

In addition, the Transmission media team will be present throughout the day to record every corner of Transmission. These images will be posted online after the event.

Promotion is prohibited on and around the Gelredome. This will therefore be strictly monitored. Any fines and / or cleaning costs will be recovered from the relevant persons and / or organizations. So be warned!

Medicines, food and liquids that are necessary due to allergies or illnesses may be taken in combination with a medicine passport. A medication passport is available from any pharmacy. Please allow for an application time of approximately 3 weeks.

Too late to apply? Bring something along that shows our security staff that you really need the medication, food or liquids.

Allergic to gluten?
On site we have gluten-free food available in small amounts. We understand that you don’t want to have any risk of cross-contamination or that the food line up might be too limited. You can then bring your own (i.e. for 1 person) gluten-free food by way of high exception.

You can always check your tickets in your personal order environment. You can access your order through the ‘Personalize’ and ‘Manage order’ button in the mail. Go to this page to resend the confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we cannot change this for you. Please contact Paylogic for further assistance.

Tickets have to be personalized on your own name, which can be done after completing the purchase. The name on the ticket has to correspond with your ID, so make sure to bring this as well. It’s mandatory to personalize your tickets in order to download them. You will receive an email from Paylogic with the personalization link. Note: you don’t have to personalise right away. This can also be done just before the event. If you want to change the name on a ticket later, you can, but Paylogic charges a small fee for this.

After completing your purchase you receive a confirmation email from Paylogic. This email does not contain your tickets yet. In order to receive your tickets you need to personalize them first. This can be done from the moment of purchase.

First you claim one ticket for yourself. If you bought more than one ticket you can send an invitation to your friends. They can personalize their own ticket to their name. Tickets that have been personalized can be downloaded from one day before the event (1 December 2023).

For tickets that have been personalized you can process a name change.

  • Click at the ‘Manage order’ button at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you cannot find the confirmation email anymore, you can request it again via this link.
  • At the top of the page, click ‘More actions’ and then ‘Name change’. Select the ticket for which you want to change the name.
  • Fill in the email address of the person that needs to receive the ticket and complete the payment. This person will receive an invitation to personalize the ticket.

Please keep in mind that for processing a name change a small fee is charged.


Yes you can, through our Resale Platform! The main ticket buyer can do this.

How does it work?

  • Go to your order via the confirmation email and click on the ‘Manage Order’ button.
  • Then click on ‘More actions’ and then ‘Resale’.
  • Select the ticket you want to resell and enter an amount. NOTE: Use a dot instead of a comma!
  • You can resell your ticket(s) for up to 100% of the face value (excluding service fees).
  • An 8% transaction fee will be charged to the person buying the ticket. Service fees originally paid are not refundable once you resell your ticket.
  • A Resale account will automatically be created for you. You will receive confirmation of this by e-mail.
  • You will receive confirmation as soon as your ticket has been resold. You can withdraw your ticket at any time as long as it has not been resold or added to someone’s shopping basket.

Tickets can be scanned from a mobile device. It’s not necessary to print your ticket.

Yes, it is possible to scan tickets from a mobile phone. Keep in mind that the internet connection is not always stable. We therefore advise you to download your ticket in advance on your phone. Also make sure that the brightness of your screen is at maximum.

Then use the official TRANSMISSION NETHERLANDS Resale Platform. This is our own Resale Platform and the only way to resell your tickets 100% safely. After the sale of your ticket, the buyer will receive a completely new ticket with a new unique barcode. To avoid disappointment, do not buy or sell TRANSMISSION NETHERLANDS tickets through other channels.

As a seller on the Resale Platform, you cannot ask for more than the original price, which is fair. Only as a buyer, you will be charged 8% transaction fees.

You can resell your tickets for a maximum of 100% of the face value (excluding service fees).

A 8% transaction fee will be charged to the person purchasing the ticket. Service fees originally paid will not be refunded once you resell your ticket.

Then click on “More actions” and then “Resale”.

An Resale account will be automatically created for you. You will receive a confirmation email about this.

The seller receives a confirmation once their ticket has been resold. The seller always has the option to withdraw their ticket as long as it has not been resold or added to someone’s shopping cart.

Not a problem. For tickets that are already personalized, you can request a name change.

How does this work?

On the order page, you can manage the tickets you have purchased. They will be available for download from December 1st. You will receive an e-mail from Paylogic about this in due course.
