Transmission is an electronic music event, characterized by a spectacular show that creates an unforgettable experience through a combination of electronic music, high-quality equipment, special effects, live acts and a special scenography.

Transmission always presents an exclusive theme-related storyline, which takes the visitors on a journey through the night. This is done with a breathtaking light and laser show, accompanied by a crystal clear massive sound system. The performing artists are introduced with special custom intros. These intros also present the show’s sub-themes and are pre-programmed. The music style that Transmission represents is mainly trance, progressive trance, tech-trance and psytrance

Transmission is recognized as one of the most spectacular indoor dance events in the world, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. The first international edition of Transmission took place in 2014 and since then international expansion has continued from Europe to Australia and into Asia. In October 2016, Transmission celebrated its 10th anniversary with a sold-out edition at Prague’s O2 arena, drawing more than 15,000 visitors from over 60 countries to Prague. Since then every edition of Transmission Prague has been sold out and in 2019 Transmission again attracted a record number of visitors from more than 80 countries to Prague. In 2017, Transmission in Australia, at Melbourne’s Etihad stadium, attracted nearly 20,000 visitors. Since 2018, Transmission Australia has been organized in Sydney where it also attracts 20,000 visitors.
